D.F., Maine STOMACH PROBLEMS As for the Barley with Cayenne pills, they obviously help my stomach. I only have 1/3 of it, they took most of my stomach out because of ulcers. I though cayenne would make it more sore, but it does not. I used to wake up in the morning and literally roll out of the bed. I was so stiff and sore I had to take a hot shower to get going. After 4 days on the barley, I realized I didn't hurt anymore!
